Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support both the Creative Director and Managing Director. This senior role is key to managing diaries, inboxes, actions, enquiries, and daily priorities, helping the studio operate smoothly during a period of growth. The Executive Assistant must be highly organised, experienced, and confident working in a fast-paced design-studio environment, while handling sensitive information with discretion.
The role blends executive support with broader operational oversight, ensuring clarity around the Directors’ workflow, communication, and studio commitments. The successful candidate will also assist with planning and scheduling social-media content. Marketing experience is helpful but not essential, confidence with digital tools and content coordination is more important.
The position is based in the Notting Hill studio, requiring at least four days per week on-site, with the possibility of one remote day depending on studio needs. This in-person structure is essential given the role’s close alignment with the Directors’ day-to-day work.
Our client is looking for candidates with experience supporting senior leaders in creative or professional-services environments, who show strong judgement, communication skills, and independence. The ideal candidate will be proactive, digitally capable, including familiarity with AI-supported workflows and motivated to contribute to a focused, design-led studio. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
