We are partnering with a beautiful interior design studio celebrated for its elegant yet playful aesthetic, with a portfolio that spans luxury hospitality and residential destinations, from penthouses and townhouses to boutique hotels and specialist projects across yachts and private aircraft.
They are now seeking an experienced Hospitality FF&E Associate to take on a pivotal leadership position. Reporting directly to the Founder and Design Director, this person will lead the operational and organisational structure of the FF&E department, ensuring that the studio’s standards of excellence are upheld across every project. This is a senior, office-based role that demands confident team leadership, strategic oversight, and an ability to manage complex workflows across multiple high-value schemes.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the entire FF&E process, from the development of bespoke furniture, lighting, and joinery, to the curation of antiques, vintage, and mid-century pieces that bring the studio’s design narratives to life. They will act as the studio’s in-house FF&E authority, managing supplier relationships, overseeing procurement and negotiations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the meticulous production and approval of all specification books and supporting documentation. The role also requires a strong command of budgets, timelines, and installation processes, as well as an unwavering commitment to quality control and compliance with safety, building, and sustainability standards.
The studio is looking for someone with at least ten years of FF&E experience, including substantial work within luxury hospitality or high-end residential design. Leadership experience is essential, as is a deep understanding of the European supplier market, bespoke fabrication processes, and the performance and durability requirements inherent to hospitality environments. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and standard FF&E specification software is required, and a relevant design degree is preferred.
Based in Shoreditch, the studio offers a vibrant and collaborative environment.. This is an exceptional opportunity for an FF&E professional who wants to play a significant role in shaping both the creative direction and operational standards of a respected design practice. For the right individual, it provides genuine influence, long-term growth, and the chance to contribute to outstanding destinations across the world.
