A leading global hospitality studio is looking for a Senior Technical Designer to join its team, to design some of the most beautiful Hotels & Resorts across the globe. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, detail-focused, and confident working across all stages of the design and construction process. They will bring a strong understanding of interior architectural detailing, building systems, material application, codes and regulations, and the ability to ensure that design intent is carried accurately through from concept to completion. A background in producing complex drawing packages, resolving technical challenges, and coordinating with multiple disciplines is essential.
In this role, the Technical Designer will take responsibility for developing detailed documentation, preparing drawings for design development and construction, and managing coordination across consultants, contractors, and internal teams. They will support site reviews, participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, and help maintain quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The ability to translate verbal and written direction into clear technical output, while supervising and guiding junior team members, will be key to delivering work of a consistently high standard.
