1532- Senior FF&E Designer

I’m delighted to be partnering with a highly respected luxury design studio based in Shoreditch to find a talented and experienced Senior FF&E Designer with a background in both hospitality and high-end residential design.

This is an incredible opportunity to join a creative and collaborative team known for their beautifully  interiors and meticulous attention to detail. My client works with some of the world’s most discerning and high-profile clients, creating the most beautiful, bespoke spaces.

They’re looking for a confident, hands-on designer who can take ownership of FF&E across all stages of a project – from concept development through to installation. You’ll lead projects and guide a small, passionate team, while building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors. Every day will bring something different – from sourcing exquisite furniture and unique artworks, to designing bespoke pieces and preparing stunning mood boards.

You’ll need to be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, with a strong eye for quality and an understanding of luxury. The ideal candidate will have around 12 years of experience, including at least eight years in five-star hospitality projects with a leading studio. Strong knowledge of materials and suppliers, both in the UK and internationally, is essential, as is proficiency in AutoCAD and the Adobe Suite.

Equally important is your ability to communicate with confidence and discretion,  this is a client-facing role where you’ll be representing a brand known for its integrity and creativity. If you enjoy leading from the front, managing budgets and timelines, and inspiring those around you, this role offers the chance to make a real impact within a studio that values talent, collaboration, and long-term growth.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Shoreditch, offering a competitive salary dependent on experience. Candidates must have UK citizenship or settled status, and be open to occasional international travel.
