1517 – Senior FF&E Designer

A leading and highly respected global hospitality firm is seeking a Senior FF&E Designer to join their team. This senior role carries significant responsibility and is ideal for candidates with at least six years of experience across all aspects of design and project management, particularly within luxury hospitality.

The Senior FF&E Designer will work closely with the leadership team to oversee FF&E delivery from concept through to completion. Key responsibilities include mentoring and guiding team members, delegating tasks efficiently, and ensuring high-quality design output, while fostering an environment that promotes professional development and growth. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for client and team interactions, with support from Associates and Senior Designer Project Managers.

This role also involves leading the creative vision and design development, managing project documentation, coordinating with clients and consultants, and supporting the team’s skill advancement. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and possess strong technical knowledge and managerial abilities. The ideal candidate is also a skilled problem-solver, able to work under pressure, and capable of delivering outstanding results both independently and collaboratively.
