1516 – Senior Interior Designer

One of the industry’s leading hospitality studios is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with at least six years of experience across hotels, resorts, bars, and restaurants. This is your chance to shape the creative vision of high-profile projects, guide a talented team, and deliver standout designs from concept through completion.

You’ll work closely with Associates, contributing to an environment that produces high-quality design output while mentoring and supporting junior team members. Your role will involve developing design research, materiality, and innovative concepts, ensuring that every project adheres to the studio’s exacting standards. You’ll also liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, manage workloads, and coordinate closely with the FF&E team to bring designs to life seamlessly.

In addition to creative leadership, you’ll play a key part in project documentation, presentations, specifications, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and consistency across every stage. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship are essential. Expertise in AutoCAD and Rhino is a must, along with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, or Revit is advantageous.
