The firm is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with extensive hospitality experience and a passion for leading creative collaboration. This role calls for a confident, client-focused designer who can serve as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, and internal teams, managing presentations, meetings, and all aspects of project communication with precision and professionalism.

As Senior Interior Designer, you’ll oversee projects from concept through installation, driving the creative vision while ensuring the highest standards of design and technical execution. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing FF&E specifications, custom drawings, and construction documentation, while collaborating closely with internal leadership to maintain quality control. A strong understanding of brand standards and the ability to translate client objectives into functional, elevated design solutions are key to success in this role.

Beyond project execution, you’ll mentor junior team members, setting clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables. You’ll also conduct on-site reviews, provide direction to contractors and vendors, and address challenges with proactive problem-solving.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Interior Design or a related discipline and has 5–10 years of experience in hospitality-focused projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is essential, along with excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
