We are proud to be partnering with one of the city’s most iconic design firms. The studio’s holistic approach encompasses architecture and interiors ranging from thoughtful refinement to total reimagination. This firm has been recognized by Architectural Digest AD100 and featured in The New York Times, Architectural Digest & Vogue.
Our client is seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer with a strong background in high-end residential and commercial interiors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in furniture design, custom FF&E, and material selection, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. You will have the opportunity to work on projects that blend playful experimentation with refined design, from luxurious city apartments to sophisticated homes and artistic renovations, creating spaces that feel both comfortable and unexpectedly striking.
The role requires collaboration with senior designers, architects, and clients, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design integrity and timelines. Candidates should have experience sourcing and specifying custom furnishings, lighting, and other FF&E, and be able to bring conceptual designs to life through high-quality presentations, mood boards, detailed technical drawings and sketches. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly valued.
Key attributes include being a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited by projects that challenge conventional design. Experience coordinating with artisans, vendors, and contractors to realize unique custom pieces is essential. Candidates with a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtfully curated interiors, distinctive furnishings, and bold design choices will find this role especially rewarding.
