Based in New York City, this award-winning studio is renowned for its multidisciplinary approach, bringing together architects and interior designers to craft bespoke, story-driven spaces. Their holistic design philosophy produces environments that are not only visually striking, but also comfortable, functional, and meticulously detailed, each one expressing a thoughtful, personalized vision.
The studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end residential projects from concept to completion, with a strong emphasis on project management, construction documentation, and FF&E. In this role, you will develop spatial layouts and detailed construction drawings, curate and specify FF&E, and oversee the day-to-day progress of projects. Close collaboration with architects, clients, consultants, and contractors will be essential to ensure that timelines, budgets, and design intent are consistently upheld, while also mentoring junior team members.
Key responsibilities include directing the production of comprehensive construction document sets, preparing mood boards and presentations, managing FF&E procurement and installation, and maintaining clear communication across all project phases.
The ideal candidate will bring at least seven years of interior design experience, exceptional project management and organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ability to balance multiple projects and foster strong relationships with clients and vendors is essential.
In return, the studio offers a collaborative and supportive work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for continued professional growth.
