We are excited to partner with an award-winning, multidisciplinary design firm renowned for its exceptional portfolio spanning residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Their interiors are both timeless and contemporary, thoughtfully layered with materials and details that inspire, endure, and leave an unforgettable impression.
This opportunity is ideal for a designer who takes ownership of their ideas, pushes creative boundaries, and collaborates seamlessly with colleagues, consultants, and clients. You bring a balance of vision and discipline, mentor others, and contribute to a studio culture grounded in authenticity, generosity, and respect. In this role, you will lead projects from concept through completion, shaping design direction, preparing client presentations, and serving as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, internal teams, and consultants.
You will manage project documentation, oversee construction details, coordinate meetings, and guide teams to ensure design intent is maintained, budgets and schedules are aligned, and deliverables meet the highest quality standards. You will also actively engage in construction administration, including site observations, submittal and RFI reviews, and punch list preparation, while mentoring junior designers along the way.
Candidates should have 8+ years of professional interiors experience and be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. The firm provides a competitive and comprehensive compensation package, generous PTO, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, professional development incentives, and support for licensure and certifications.
