In this senior role, you’ll take a leadership position in driving design concepts from inception to completion. Collaborating closely with design directors, you’ll define the vision for projects, curate material palettes, select finishes, sanitaryware, and ironmongery, and ensure all elements reflect the studio’s signature style. You will spearhead concept development, oversee the creation of material and image libraries, and confidently present design strategies to clients and stakeholders.

Beyond concept design, you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, managing detailed drawing packages for construction, legal, and planning submissions, preparing high-level presentation materials, coordinating with consultants, and leading site visits. You will mentor and guide junior team members, fostering collaboration and excellence across the studio.
