💰 OTE & Earnings

• Competitive base salary (£27,000 – £32,000 DOE)
• Uncapped commission (up to 30%)
• Realistic Year 1 OTE: £40k–£60k+

The Role

• You’ll build and manage your own specialist market within Interior Design or HVAC recruitment.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients across the UK, US & Europe
• Develop new business and manage client accounts
• Run the full recruitment process from start to finish
• Become a recognised specialist in your niche
