The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant with 1–3 years’ experience for our UK Sales division

You’ll work with market-leading manufacturers, contractors and specialist distributors on a blend of contingent and retained assignments. Roles range from Regional Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, and Sales Engineers through to Sales Directors and Heads of Sales.

  • Fees typically range from 15–25%
  • Salaries usually range from £50,000 to £150,000+

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a targeted, engaged candidate network, becoming a recognised expert in the HVAC & OEM Sales market
  • Develop new client relationships within a defined target list and establish yourself as their trusted recruitment partner
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, supporting key commercial hires across the sector
